We’ll always try to deliver work earlier if possible, but please specify the latest possible realistic deadline so that we can slot this job in accordingly.

Please upload any files you have regarding this job that we will need to execute the design from our side.

This includes sharing any text that is to be used in the design (in an editable format such as a Word document, which will allow our designers to easily copy and paste the text across). Should any retyping be required (if, for example, the text is only available as a flat image and cannot be copied/pasted), please kindly ensure that your department retypes this and submits it to us when the briefing takes place.
