Our Global Reach:
The AI Intern is a developmental role designed to explore and prototype practical applications of Artificial Intelligence across Unisure. The role focuses on identifying opportunities where AI-driven tools, automations, or agents can reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making.
Through rotations across key business areas such as Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Finance and Technology, the intern will analyse existing workflows, identify opportunities for automation, and develop small-scale proof-of-concept solutions using modern AI tools.
The role combines research, experimentation, and hands-on prototyping, contributing to the development of practical AI capabilities and building an internal knowledge base on the use of AI within the insurance industry.
