Our Global Reach:
The Junior PHP Developer/Programmer will support the growth and sustainability of the company’s software development capability by contributing to the design, development, enhancement and maintenance of the frontend and backend of internal systems and data structures.
This role exists to strengthen capacity within the development function, enabling the creation of new modules and business systems while ensuring the stability and ongoing optimisation of existing platforms — particularly as data volumes and operational complexity continue to increase.
A key objective of the role is to broaden knowledge ownership across the code base and core data architecture, reducing key-person dependency and supporting a structured succession pathway within the department. The successful candidate will grow into increasing technical responsibility over time, helping the business implement system improvements more efficiently and respond to change in a timely and scalable manner.
